Summer Favourites

Square

Well, summer is coming to an end and as much as I love fall, I am a little sad to see it go. The school year is starting up and the nights are getting longer. Summer really does go by quickly. Here are a few of my favourite things from this summer.

Honey Bronze bb Cream. This was my first year tanning and I found this tanner extremely helpful. I’ve heard horror stories of people turning orange from using the wrong tanning lotion. I am happy to report that I never had that experience and it’s all thanks to the easy application of this product.

Covergirl Ready Set Gorgeous Concealer in fair. Finding a concealer for my pale skin is hard. When I am not tan, I use this concealer and it works wonders for me. This summer I was very into the no-foundation trend so this was all the coverage I used.

Covergirl Colorliscious Lipgloss in Give me Guava. This has been my go to lip gloss all summer! The beautiful peachy shade just screams summer to me and I cannot get over the beautiful golden sparkles.

Voluminous Butterfly Intenza Mascara. I’m not a mascara lover, but I really liked this one. It made my lashes voluminous as it promised. I think this will be my new go to mascara.

Trust Fund Beauty Nail Polish in no filter. This beautiful light pink has been on my nails all summer. I’ve been following Amber Scolls fake acrylic manicure video and this is the nail polish I use.

Fango Mud Therapy. I used this all up and I am definitely going to repurchase. This mask made my skin so glowing that I didn’t even wear foundation this summer. It also smells amazing which is always a plus.

Non-beauty related

All summer I have been listening to Halsey’s new album Hopeless Fountain Kingdom. I loved her previous album Badlands and I loved this one just as much. My favourite song on the album is definitely Bad at Love, but my other favourites include Strangers, 100 Letters, and Hopeless.

Those were all the things I used and enjoyed this summer. Now it’s time to get into the fall mindset (it shouldn’t be hard). Thank you for reading,

Sarah. Xx
