10 Tips on Detoxing your Life

In this post I’m going to give you 10 tips on how to detox your life. If that means you take one of these tips or all is up to you 🙂

Here we go:

1. Drink water! This is my number one because it’s so simple yet so easy to forget. Water is the best way to keep yourself healthy and your skin hydrated. If you want clear skin, this is the easiest way to getting there.

2. Start a skincare routine. Starting a skincare routine honestly changed my life. The clean dewy feeling I get after a face mask is definitely a luxury you have to try for yourself. Skincare is one of my favourite things so I will definitely make a blogpost (or a few…) dedicated to the subject.

3. Try exercising…I know, I know, boring right? Well just doing some jumping jacks or crunches during your spare time is exercise. One push up is better than none at all.

4. Clean your workspace. A cluttered space causes a cluttered mind and a lack of inspiration. Try keeping your desk organized so that you can keep your life organized.

5. Eat breakfast. Smoothies are great if you have a busy schedule and not enough fruit or veggies in your diet.

6. Make a list of things you want. Not a wish list, but a checklist of your goals. It’s always good to keep yourself on track and work for things your future self will thank you for.

7. Get rid of things you don’t need. Like I said before, clutter is a big source of lack of motivation.

8. Do things you like to do. Walk, swim, read, watch your favourite movie. Give yourself a break!

9. Drink green tea. Probably the next best thing to water.

10. Practice mindfulness and breath. Realize that you are only human and so is everyone around you. People make mistakes, learn, and grow. It’s up to you to make that decision for yourself.
